Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a space to be supported in what you are wanting to explore. We believe that no one person is the same, and that means that no one person can be supported with only one therapeutic modality. Salt City Therapy aims to foster therapeutic relationships that assist YOU in developing greater connection with yourself, body, community, and self-trust.

Our therapists are trained in a variation of modalities, such as: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy, DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Yoga Therapy, and Mindfulness based modalities.

We are often told to practice “self-care”, perhaps without truly knowing what that means or what it’s “supposed” to feel like. Especially during winter months, when nights are long and the cold keeps us inside, we may find ourselves unable to access our ability to self-soothe and truly settle into rest.

Settling Into Winter is a 4-week experiential workshop designed to explore your relationship to self-soothing and rest in relation to the winter season. This series offers a supportive space dedicated to self-reflection and creating soothing winter practices through the use of our 5 senses; sight, touch, smell, taste, and sound.

We will spend time being in what it feels like to experience the skills we learn---helping to develop a supportive tool kit together that then you can practice on your own.

When: Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm October 25th-November 15th
Where: Salt City Therapy 1314 South 500 East Suite 200
Cost: $360
